Tim Cunningham brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the Stanthorpe market, drawing on a long and diverse career in property valuation alongside a genuine passion for real estate. Tim began his valuation career in 2003 with Herron Todd White on the Gold Coast while completing his Property Economics degree at QUT. After becoming a registered valuer in 2006, he gained broad experience across residential, rural, and development properties, working in markets including Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, and Coffs Harbour. In 2015, Tim established his own boutique valuation firm, specialising in residential, rural, and family law valuations across northern New South Wales and the Gold Coast. Having relocated with his family to the Tenterfield area in early 2021, Tim has built a strong connection to the local community. He generously volunteers his time with a number of community groups, is the chairman of the school advisory board at St Joseph's Primary School Tenterfield, and also operates his own Speckle Park cattle stud. His regional knowledge, combined with his approachable and professional style, ensures clients feel supported and well-informed throughout every step of their property journey.

I can't rate Jack more highly. He was instrumental in the sale of my property.

I chose Jack for his local knowledge of the area as he is born and bred here, his youth and his enthusiasm. He was always available when I needed him and his character and honesty and professionalism is beyond reproach. He has an excellent market knowledge and the property was sold a month before expectations. I can understand how he has achieved the agent of the year. Found us our perfect home.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Jack to find our new home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Jack was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to deal with. He kept us informed every step of the way, which made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. A special mention also goes to Clara in the office — she is friendly, confident and very helpful. A real asset to the team. Jack clearly has a great future ahead of him, and it shows in how he works. Jack and his team were always professional

Jack was excellent to work with through out the whole process. From initial engagement, local knowledge of the area, Market Reports through to sales and marketing. Jack and his team were always professional and helpful with exceptional communication whilst maintaining the highest levels of integrity. Selling or buying through Jack is a no brainer. Jack made the whole purchase process easy and smooth.

Jack was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process. There was always a prompt response to any questions, and he would research tricky questions and come back with an answer. Purchasing remotely can have moments where we were unsure of things, however Jack made sure that it didn't feel unachievable. Just the opposite, he was able to liaise with all parties and get a great outcome for all. We would highly recommend dealing with Jack.
