Peter made it happen.
The property was a bit tricky to sell because of the type and condition of the building and so it took a while for a buyer to sign the line. To Peter's credit, he stuck at it and got a solid price for us. I found Peter to be easily available and approachable. He is a skilled salesman and maintained a high level of professionalism in his work.
