Excellent as Always
We have dealt with Paul, Anthony and the team at Landmark Harcourts as tenants and vendors, and have found them excellent on every point. They are transparent and communicate frequently: are highly proactive on their client’s behalf and are professional AND friendly in all their interactions. Integrity is clearly of high priority to their business values and this shows in everything they do. We cannot recommend them highly enough (and their fees were extremely reasonable too).

Very pleasant experience

Excellent appraisal
Excellent appraisal and gave us up to date recent post sales figures giving us the best option to sell within the current market. We sold our property within 10 days and very happy with our price. Just remember folks, the market dictates price, not you, so listen to your agent.
