Gemma is our Property Management Growth Specialist who has been working in Property Management for over 8 years, and manages an extensive portfolio. She boasts a wealth of knowledge in leasing and administration, in addition to a background in customer service and accommodation management. With her level head and calm attitude, Gemma plays a significant role in training new team members, as well as overseeing all VCAT cases. Communication, attention to detail, organisation and punctuality, are all traits that she believes are of utmost importance to the skill set of a property manager. Outside of work, Gemma is also a busy Mum of three, and spends quality time with them swimming, watching movies and playing board games (it’s no surprise that Monopoly is her favourite!)

Bryce joined the team over seven years ago, and has since established himself as a competent and valuable Property Manager within the department. Bryce’s professionalism and positive attitude holds him in good stead to develop and expand his future within the Obrien family. Very active within the community, Bryce plays competitive soccer, and enjoys fishing, but it’s the AJ Freeman Reserve where his heart and soul truly lies. Proudly displaying the #17 and relishing his role as a senior footballer and dedicated member of the Paynesville Football Netball Club, he takes to the field with passion and determination. As with his sporting prowess, he undertakes the management of his properties with a similar mindset and enthusiasm, and brings many great attributes to the team.

Possessing highly developed customer services skills, she always makes every effort to deliver the highest possible standard of service, with the support of the knowledge and competence she has accumulated throughout her career. She thrives on the day to day challenges and variety of tasks associated with Property Management, and goes about it all with a compassionate and understanding disposition.
