From the first moment we met Jae and enquired about a rental through O’Brien she has impressed us with her professionalism and genuine honesty. The whole application process was seamless and easy and we were kept updated on our progress and Jae was quick to answer any queries we had. Move in and key handover was completed with minimal fuss and any issues we have had have only concerned with a new build and have been dealt with immediately by the site manager Luke. We could not be more impressed we chose O’Brien Real Estate Carrum Downs and in particular Jae and the whole team. Such a refreshing change to have a business that has staff that actually know their job and what it entails…. But actually go above and beyond. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
