It has been a little over a year since I asked O'Brien Real Estate to take over the management of my 2 investment properties. The previous managers were unreliable, disinterested and unresponsive. In contrast my new manager Tamara is proactive, experienced and responds very quickly to my queries, often within a few hours. Recently she was able to find a new tenant for one of my properties with a vacancy period of just 13 days. I strongly recommend O'Brien Real Estate.

We looked at 3 agents to help manage our rental property and OBriens were a clear winner.
