Excellent communicator, listener and action person

The first time we met Michelle we hadn’t yet decided who we were going to entrust with the sale of our home, even though we had already met with others before. However, when Michelle walked into our home, her professionalism was very apparent. She told us a little about herself but most importantly wanted to know about our expectations. She was courteous, honest and a great listener. Her knowledge of our local area was also obvious. Choosing Michelle to sell our home was suddenly an easy decision to make. Communication with Michelle and her team throughout the selling process was really amazing. They kept us informed of what was happening all the way through.
