Our first contact with O'Brien Real Estate, was when we purchased our current home on the marina @ Patterson Lakes. The O'Brien agent that handled that purchase was Vanda Kalaitzakis, who we found friendly and professional throughout the whole buying experience, and would have no hesitation to recommend her to any of our friends - which we have. It was this experience with Vanda, that my wife and I decided to list our other property at Pier 9 - for lease with O'Brien Real Estate as well. We have had the unit for lease with O'Brien Real Estate now for just over 3 years, and although there have been some Hic-Ups along the way, we now deal exclusively with Brad Gane - Their senior Property Manager, as we find him very Professional and with great Knowledge of the industry. We have several Investment properties, and if we were to purchase another property in this area, we would certainly deal with Vanda for the purchase, and have Brad manage it for us.

Being an estate agent I understand the importance of having a good property management team looking after your investment properties. I work for O'Brien in sales - so no doubt I'm biased, but over the years I have seen some property managers who simply do not care about their clients or the state of their investment properties, (our largest assets and something we have worked hard to buy) they simply do a job and go home with zero care factor. With O'Brien my rent is always on time, the home is kept neat and tidy, the tenants are brilliant and any repairs or issues are dealt with promptly. I'm invited to attend routine inspections, which are done regularly and my statements are easy to read. Brad, Donella and the team are great and definitely worth talking to if you have a local investment property!

I chose Chelsea O'Brien's after contacting a number of agents in the area. They have been wonderful at communicating, found a tenant for our property quickly, were honest with their rental fee appraisal, were very helpful when we settled on the property and have met all of our needs. My bug bear in life is people that don't communicate. Seems a we have gained more and more means to communicate quickly in real time anywhere we find ourselves, communication has got worse. I was quick to outline my expectations and made it a ubundantly clear that BS and excuses don't sit well with me. The team at O'Briens not only met my expectations but exceeded them.
