Vanda's enthusiasm and local area knowledge is what appealed to us from the outset. Her advise in setting up the place for sale helped prepare for the initial openings. Vanda's continued enthusiasm during what turned out to be a difficult, long, drawn out process in a very flat market did falter a bit with other issues / priorities coming into play. But overall Vanda was there in the background taking an interest in what was going on with this particular property.
