Both Joanne and Vanda were exceptionally easy to deal with. As a first home buyer they guided me through the process and kept me informed at every step. I think Joanne was more excited than I was when my offer was accepted! She went above and beyond, even meeting my locksmith at the property so the locks could be changed after settlement. Thank you!

We found both Joanne and Vanda to be extremely professional, friendly and courteous. Even though they were the agents for the seller we felt that they looked into our interests as well. They were also in touch with us through the whole negotiation and sale process upto and even after settlement. We had no hesitation in contacting them to answer even trivial questions and they always easily available to meet up with or talk to.
