Thank you for our dream. A lifestyle we love - a home near the beach & we could not be any happier!!

Nicola you quickly summed up what we were looking for and what was a must have for both Rebecca, I given the stage of our life. A very good agent is able to process that information and give the client options and you did just that. One of us wanted 3 bedrooms yet we were looking to downsize (I was happy with 2 bedrooms) and we both wanted to be close as possible to the beach. Well you managed to get us to look at a place 50 meters from the water (a beautiful part of the coastline), covering our price point, a lifestyle and breath taking views to die for. On the downside it was 5 minutes further down the road from where we wanted to find a place, in a quieter location :) - and we could not care less about that and it had 2 bed rooms and a study (perfect who needs 3 rooms if your downsizing). There was nothing negative in our eyes (apart from the carpet - wrong color for us and thats gone now).. Nicola and Mike thank you from the bottom of our hearts, your attention to detail and assistance throughout the process was exceptional and I dont believe we would be where we are, if it was not for you.
