We recently purchased a property in Chelsea through Mike. From the first visit to settlement, Mike was always very friendly, responsive, accommodating and professional with an in-depth knowledge of the area. It is obvious that Mike is passionate about his job and values relationships with his clients. I would recommend Mike’s services to anyone buying or selling in the Chelsea area.

My experience was terrible, disappointing and an experience I wish I could forget. After selling my beautiful home of 11 years I purchased a dream townhouse in Carrum but unfortunately the experience left me renting, no home, and nothing but dishonesty and avoidance. I was treated with disrespect and outright lies from the beginning including from the office staff who seemed to find laughter in not returning my $85,000 deposit. If you are female it’s even worse as I was treated in a dismissive manner compared to my husband and even told to have my husband ring as I might not understand the building plans; utterly ridiculous! Eventually Mike’s receptionist phoned me demanding bank information to return $100 deposit, no explanation. After further disrespect and run around I did eventually get my deposit back in full and I will NEVER use Mike or anyone at Asset Property again. Mike, you should be ashamed for smashing people’s dreams and treating people in such a manner.

Mike is a professional who has an invaluable depth of knowledge and understanding of his market. He explained his approach when we first spoke with him in November 2017 and were happy to entrust him with the sale of our property. His "under promise and over deliver" philosophy was successful and resulted in a sale in January 2018 thanks to Mike's negotiation skills. In all of his dealings with us he was professional, helpful and guided us through the process. All of this made the sale of our property a reasonably stress free experience. The advice ha and his colleague Ana was invaluable. I would recommend Mike to any prospective seller; his negotiation was exceptional.
