My initial experience with this agency was awesome - Dean is excellent. He always returned my calls promptly and answered any questions I had either on the spot or soon after. Nothing was too much trouble. It has been slightly different since I have been involved with the rental side. I was rung fairly soon after the purchase had gone through by the rental manager, as they were the same agency I had bought through and I wanted to rent through them. As it was just before Christmas, she said she'd ring back early January. She never rang and it took three phone calls before she finally returned my call - I left messages at the office three times. Even after returning my call, it was still over a week before someone rang me to start the ball rolling on renting. Since I have been in touch with Karla, things have been a lot better. Karla has been great about keeping me informed about what is happening and dealing with minor problems that have arisen.
