We had dealt with a lot of real estate agents in the past, and l can tell you, we have had some shockers. I can't say that about Daniel. We have brought through him and just resent sold and we could not be happier. He returns your calls, keeps you informed and won't just try and sell your property for the first offer, if he knows he can get more for you. May people say Real estate agents can't be trusted. If you are thinking of selling your home I highly recommend Matt Dewan and his team. I recently had to sell my mum's home and he was recommended to me by one of her neighbour's. They were all so helpful and made my difficult task so much easier with tips on how to make the house look interesting for prospective buyers - photos, brochures etc. Everything was explained in simple to understand detail and any questions were answered promptly. Whilst Matt was confident that the house would sell pretty quickly I was amazed that four days after our first "open for inspection" I received an offer that I was very happy with.
