We cannot thank Matt Dewan and the staff at O'Brien Real Estate Cranbourne enough for the sale of our home. The property was marketed not only in Cranbourne but across multiple O'Brien Real Estate agents. The professionalism of Matt and his staff was remarkable and the offers we received on our property which resulted in a sale within a short amount of time far exceeded our expectations.

My overall experience in dealing with Matt Dewan, Glenda Ashton, Jeff Giles and Emily Lowe from O'Briens Real Estate Cranbourne was impressive to say the least. Having been the fourth house I have sold and engaging Matt Dewan for the first time as my agent, I found Matt and his team to be by far the best selling experience I have encountered. Matt and his team's communication with me was to the minute and they achieved outstanding results quickly and beyond expectations on my sale. Matt's knowledge of the industry, local area and how to work clients to a vendors best possible outcome is outstanding and his sales team walk closely in his steps. If I, my family, friends or colleagues need to avail the services of a Real Estate Agent in the future I will be telling them to look no further than Matt Dewan. What a gun !!!

Great Agent.
We found Matt to be very helpful in the sale of our property. He gave us many tips to make our sale efficient and profitable. He was always prompt to our meetings knowing our time is just as valuable as his. Always considerate of our personal life when trying to arrange private inspections. Professional and hard working - Easy to recommend
We were first time vendors and after lot of research and meeting few agents, decided to go with Daniel and O’Brien Real Estate as we felt that he had the best plan to market our property and would work hard for us. And he turned out to be a great choice. The house was sold on the first open day. He and the team had generated lot of interest beforehand, had followed-up with potential buyers immediately, and had got some good offers. We were happy to accept a better than expected offer.

Incredible agent
Matt Dewan and the team at O'Brien real estate Cranbourne office, sold my home in three days flat. where other agents had it on the market for months. Matt Dewan also found us our new home, when we gave him an idea of what we were looking for. We viewed and bought within a week. Overall the team at O'brien's couldn't do enough for us through out the sell / buy process.

Re - sale of my home
The whole experience dealing with Matt was very simple. He gave me a quote on his value of my property which was better than two other agents estimates and he managed to secure a buyer within my price range in a very short timeframe. Very satisfied with Matt and his team.
