Charles was hit with the closure of open for inspections due to COVID-19 the week our house went live. His ability to be to able to change his style & how quickly he was adapt was second to none. He had no troubles selling our house in such a difficult time. He delivered in all aspects & went above & beyond. If you want your house sold quickly, professionally & at a good price this is your guy!!

Hard work gets the results!
I first met Charles around 7 years ago when selling my family home. I have since purchased a home through Charles, sold another one and have referred Charles to two vendors who have sold with good results. Charles takes the time to analyse market trends and in particular attention is given to current "for sale" or recently sold comparable properties in the area. I recommend Charles as a trustworthy and genuine individual and now consider him as a friend as well!
