To sell a property like ours, takes enormous commitment combined with hard work. Scott and his team put in endless hours to achieve a brilliant result which included many Sunday open houses. He achieved the highest property price on record for the area. We are extremely grateful for his honesty and real estate knowledge. While similar properties in the area stagnated with some being removed from the market, our property sold at a record price. Couldn't ask for better than that. I have no hesitation recommending Scott as we had an extremely successful sale and got the asking price which was over our initial thoughts. I have no doubt that his market knowledge and his professionalism contributed to this. Personally, I found him to be always respectful of our needs whilst getting the best outcome. He kept us continually informed and was up front at all times. Selling a home can be very stressful but I know his attitude and truthful approach greatly lessened it. Also if you look around the fee is considerably less than others. So thank you Scott!

From the time we engaged Ray White to sell our house, Scott Conboy was open and honest about the process and what was expected of us as vendors. He would come to the house when we needed to see him and was always available by phone to answer any questions. At no time did we have to 'second guess' anything as Scott always made sure we had the information we needed at the right time. It was no surprise that the sale of our house met our expectations.
