We would highly recommend Katie! She has made process of selling our house so easy! Katie went above and beyond to ensure we got the result that we were after. Our house sold in a very short amount of time and that is definitely a credit to Katie’s marketing techniques and the way she communicates with other agencies to ensure the property receives as much exposure as possible. My partner and I loved the house we purchased through Katie, due to some timeline issues we though we were going to miss out on the house. But Katie managed to work out a deal for both us and the couple selling the house. She was always there to take your call and kept us up to date with exactly what was happening, and if she told us she will get back to us at a specific time and day she always did. Couldn’t recommend Katie more. She has been the best real estate agent we have had to deal with.
