What I can say about Jye is that he certainly knows his business and really get on with the job. Everything for me went so smoothly for beginning to end and what was the best thing for me is that Jye had buyers on his books and within 6 days my property was sold, which was wonderful, no open house, having the house clean and tidy everyday was fantastic for me but that was what I wanted and as I said it came together so easily. Jye or Nikki were there whenever I need a question asked or they were always in touch to let me know what was happening next. Jye is very a polite young man , I was impressed with his professionalism and maturity face to face . He kept me informed through the majority of the time of my sale . My only real issue was the lack of communication On some occasions during and after my property signed off there was very minimal communication from him after that . Nikki C was awesome at communicating for him there after , I feel this stage of the relationship is still very important as i am still looking for a property to purchase .

Jye is full of enthusiasm and keen to please, he explained the processes we would need to go through to sell our property. The ideas that Obriens have are modern and progressive such as the Facebook video which showed off the property to its full potential. Jye was very accomodating when viewings were requested out of the 'open for inspection' times and especially at short notice. He was very friendly and easy to get in with and didn't hurry us along. He has been very efficient in organising the sale and contracts.
