A very dedicated agent.
I choose Jye over other agents because of his friendly and professional attitude regarding the selling my property. I liked his approach in explaining everything in a language that I understood. He gave me chooses and at the end respected and accepted my decisions. He constantly kept in touch during the selling process and at the end tried very hard to accomplish the sale. A very dedicated agent who is very passionate about his career.

Super Agent!!!
Jye has gone above and beyond to sell our house. He has persisted through my husband hounding him daily. He has kept us in the loop throughout. He has been honest and up front with us, even when we didn't always want to hear it. He has also taken the time to help us look for a house to buy throughout and I do feel he honestly has our very best interest at heart in everything he does. Anyone that has a house for sale and Jye is their agent is very lucky.

Agent of action.
Jye was so thorough and considerate in quickly locating interested buyers and organising inspections. The whole process from 'on market to sold' ,happened in two days. A remarkable achievement in it's own right. My wife and I were astounded that things moved so fast, we are still in a bit of a daze.
