We have investment property that is handled by Hendrik through O'Brien Teams, because of how they present and take care of our investment property. My husband made a conversation with me that in the future if we want to sell property, we should go through him. Now the time is here for us to sell our property, no doubt and no brainer, I contacted Hendrik straight away. He guided me on how to prep the house for ready inspection, and staging the house until the auction. Hendrik gives each week information in regards to the market property sold around the area prior to the open inspection while I am getting ready the house for open inspection (this is helpful for me to give an idea of what happening in the market at the time and what I am expecting). During the open inspection, Hendrik will give me feedback each time and follow up with the potential buyer (Which gives me a bigger picture of what will happen on the auction day). On the auction day, Hendrik's and O'Brien's team did their best to get where I expected of selling price even with a challenging auction. But the most important thing is they achieve what I am requesting. Will I use him in the future? Absolutely without any doubt or second thought, selling or leasing property, I will choose him again.
