Hendrik was honest, professional, reliable and so considerate throughout the process. He goes to the property regularly to check the progress of makeover, always update me and reminds me on things I need to do, goes to the property before inspections to turn on the heaters to ensure it’s nice and warm when ppl arrives etc. he made the whole process less stressful for me ( I’m usually a stress head), which I really appreciate!
