Gareth knows his real estates, of course, but what impressed us was his willingness to work hard even in the middle of the worst of the pandemic when the market was very uncertain and it was difficult to get a half decent offer for the house. Gareth and his team got a lot of private inspections done, as many as was required to get a price that was acceptable in this difficult situation. He never complained, just continued working joyfully and as hard as he could, doing his best in the situation. He never pressured us to accept an offer that we weren’t happy with, and assured us that whatever our decision in regards to those offers that he had our back. Most agents might have cracked during these uncertain times but Gareth kept his cool and stayed professional and reliable all through the process. The final price ended up being below our expectation because of circumstances but we don’t think it was the agent that was to be faulted.
