From the moment I called Cindy she was approachable, even knowing that it was possibly just a meeting for my family to gather information, Cindy come to a meeting with us and had gone to the effort to prepare a portfolio about our home and other properties in the area with one days notice. Cindy has handled our house from the offset, from photo's to inspections, always being professional and personable and making sure we understand the next step. We have found Cindy to be wonderful, communicating with use regularly and being flexible to our needs and schedules. Cindy appreciated that it was our family home and showed respect but not pointing out the negatives but focusing in the positives of the house. Benny was recommended by a friend and his service and communication was excellent. He made recommendations which we followed and ended with a great result exceeding our expectations, awe selling prior to auction. We had offers at the high end ,Benny could have just advised us to accept these ,however he kept pushing for the best possible result. My elderly mother was selling her family home of 61 years and it was a stressful time for her, Benny and his staff were very mindful of this and assisted greatly in making it as least stressful as possible.
