His knowledge of market was used to set the price range, the timing of the advertising and the open house. I received feedback from the open house on the Sunday. He followed up all the enquiries from the open house on the Monday, and gave me his thoughts on the potential to receive any offers. By Tuesday I had 2 offers. He provided advice and facilated the negotiations and one of the buyers increased their offer. I accepted the offer on the Wednesday as it was at the top end of my expected price range. This was an excellent result for me.
