We had never heard of this agent, but my mother suggested we give him a go. He had sold a property in her street for a good price and my mother finally realised she was not going to return to the family home and asked that we give him a call. We live in NSW and needed to sell mum's house to transition her to aged care. Daniel made the easiest commission of his life. He had a buyer that missed out on the place up the road, he signed us up, they had a look, made a good offer, and we agreed. Everything was good with him up to this point. He contacted me and asked if the buyers could move in under licence before settlement and that of course they would pay rent. We agreed. And even discussed that as long as the rent covered the costs of having the gardens maintained and the house cleaned before handover that would be fine. I distinctly remember him saying that the rent collected would more than cover the cleaning and gardening costs and leave it to him. Now down the track we have a cleaning bill of nearly $800, the agent has wiped his hands of this agreement we had and even refuses to acknowledge our conservation that we had about this. So, avoid Daniel, but if you do deal with him, get everything in writing.

Amity did an amazing job advising us on renovations and got a great unconditional offer, quickly. She gave us advice on where to spend given we had time, but not money. She brought people through off-market, helped us understand the sticking points and how to address them. We had 7 offers within a week of the first listing and I only needed to worry about getting the renovations done. Amity is persistent without being pushy and patient with problems that needed time to resolve.

I think one of the best things about any Agent is that they know their product and Daniel knows his in Spades. He researches the area you are selling in like he has been doing your suburb for years. His attention to detail is bang on and he has the most likable demeanour that is so genuine that it sits well above most Real Estate Agents which is just so refreshing. Daniel is the only Agent that I entrust my property with :)
