She took control and jumped in exactly when it was needed - her perception of situations that required her expertise was perfect. Most notable for me was when Mary-Ann supervised the property cleaning, waiting for cleaners to arrive and checking throughout her Saturday evening to make sure the job was done right! Her opinion and guidance were so valuable to me given my busy life. I knew I could wholeheartedly trust Mary-Ann, and she delivered right to the end of settlement. Her recommendations of other specialists to assist me in the sale were spot on. There is absolutely nothing Mary-Ann could do better!
