Excellent and patient in a difficult time
Being tasked with selling a property for a deceased estate is no easy thing. Doing so during a pandemic is levelling up. Whilst no real action could be taken Rebecca was still always available to talk, visit and advise on what we could do to make the property sale ready when the time was right. As soon as we were able to open up the house Rebecca came over and directed what would be best. Ultimately we were able to achieve a sale that everyone felt was the best in a difficult market. Rebecca understands the local market and what is happening in it intimatley. Her patience and understanding in a difficult situation made what was a very trying situation a little bit more bearable. Knowing that the agent representing you understands your situation is a very valuable trait. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone considering selling in Balcatta. Very positive experience.
Rebecca was very efficient, organised and easy to communicate with, always very prompt with responses. Professional and kind, Rebecca made the purchase of our new home smooth and simple. Smooth fast sale
Ockerby Real Estate manages our investment rental property so when it was time to sell another investment property the choice to use Rebecca was simple.
