I have used Toby to sell two of my houses and wouldn't go to anyone else to do so. From first engagement to sale, Toby's approach is all about you the seller first providing sound market education and demonstrating an ethical, efficient pathway to onmarket and on through to sale. Notably where he can he will get his hands dirty and assist in getting the property looking its best for sale! On both sale occasions he joined us in cutting trees, moving clutter, minor repairs etc and if he can't do it he will have someone who can for a reasonable price and minimum fuss.
