Dodgy, unreliable and unprofessional!

We had a horrible experience with Vish. He was not careful in managing our interests even when he was our representative as the seller's agent. He kept driving down the price, and when we agreed to a driven down price on the basis of a reduced commission for him, he never refunded the agreed upon balance from the deposit. He also mismanaged our settlement date. It was hard to get prompt action from him at the best of times and when the settlement was processed it was impossible to get a hold of him. He dodged calls and blocked numbers soon after knowing that it was us. There is also a matter of his not being true to his word - so if you have the misfortune to deal with him - please get EVERYTHING IN WRITING *BEFORE* you process any payments.
