I got to know Narelle Donovan over about 12 months while we were trying to sell our home in Albury NSW and purchase in Yarrawonga VIC. She is the only agent who replied to every mssg, txt or phone call I made to her or the agency and the only agent in the area to show me every house I wanted to see. I organised houses with other agents often finding they would get me to see the ones they wanted me to see and not the ones I had requested and/or organised to see. Over time Narelle got to know our needs, likes and dislikes. If Narelle didn't agree with my choice she explained why but was still prepared to show us the properties, in some cases we chose not to. The home we finally purchased was not what I would have expected originally but my vague we'd like to see this one (due to location but nervous as very little backyard) was met with a strong "I really think you'll like it." from Narelle and we both did. The positives far exceeded the negatives. We've been in our Yarrawonga home for 4 weeks now and it's even better living in it than we'd imagined. The location is great and even better with a school bus very close. The house layout inside and outside suits our family lifestyle and will be even better in summer being so close to a boat ramp.
