Ben James not unlike bond himself was a very professional agent. I have dealt with many of real estate agents in the past but it is very rare that you can find one with fantastic communication skills. It was very reassuring that whenever I had a question weather it was via email, text or call I would promptly be answered. No waiting hours or days. I liked the fact that Ben with his years of knowledge and nohow was able to just lead the way, it was a feeling of "I've got this" and just let him do his job. I recommend Ben for anyone who is buying or selling that wants to feel the same professionalism and correspondence I received. Thank you Ben for the fantastic job.

As landlords locked in another state, it was a wonderful relief for us to have Ben at the end of the phone to manage the sale of our property for us. He anticipated our every concern and has a network of contacts for cleaning, repairing and presenting a property. Ben is so efficient! In no time the property was ready for sale and we are thrilled with the result. A great communicator who really enjoys and knows his work, we do not hesitate in recommending Ben to anyone considering selling their property.

From the day we met Ben for a market appraisal everything felt genuine and personable. Ben had a wealth of knowledge and is a genuine local family man. Ben was confident, professional and honest. He went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process for us whilst we were interstate, and kept us constantly informed with regular updates. Ben achieved a great result for us on our auction day. We highly recommend Ben as your next agent.

Ben helped me sell my unit in Pearce and I couldn't be happier with the result. He did a lot of in depth research up front and also used his wealth of experience to not only advise me of the method of selling but also the best asking price based on the research and experience. He kept me informed of what was going on throughout the whole process and also provided great advice. I would definitely recommend Ben for selling your property!
