Not only did he go above and beyond for us by making himself available to let in photographers, building inspectors and bank valuers when they needed access to our property so we didn’t have to take time off, Andrew also achieved a record sale price for our complex and almost $80k more for us than we expected! Andrew is very knowledgeable and provided us with honest advice on the property we were purchasing, making our decisions easier hearing it from someone that knows the market and legalities around the buying and selling process. Andrews marketing was excellent, very detailed and the photos were perfect. We had a massive turn out on the first open home and Andrew had his work cut out for him. He got back to every single person who came to see the home all the while keeping us informed on who was interested and the offers coming in along with his advice on what to do. We have bought and sold at least 5 houses across Australia and always the experience has been completely dreadful because we have never had faith in our realestate agents. Many times conspiracy theories regarding our agents real intentions raised their ugly head due to lack of trust and the agents plain dishonestly. Andrew was not like that. For a start he is an open friendly chatter therefore withholding information or playing double games would be very hard for him. Andrew quickly became a friend, and he kept all his lines of communication fully open so you were never left wondering. He appraised the value of our house correctly and wasn’t the slightest bit tempted to pressure us into taking a below value offer so he could get his commission. In fact he steered us anyway from considering those lower options. Our house sold on its 3rd Saturday open, even though Christmas was only a week away and most of Canberra was absent. When Andrew took on the saleing of our house he said it would be sold by Christmas and it was. I would recommend Andrew to everyone wanting to sale their home, in fact our daughter put her house on the market after us under Andrew and it sold on its first open house. I believe the honest open attributes Andrew possesses works both ways from saler to buyer and that’s why he has such a high sales record. People know they can trust him

The first time we met Andrew was 8 years ago when we bought our home from him. I was so pleased with how Andrew handled the sale and all interactions. I remember thinking to myself "When it's time to sell, he's the first on my list". So 8 years later I tracked him down and had the privilege of working with Andrew once again, but this time to sell our home. I was so relieved to see that Andrew was still the same knowledgeable, thoughtful and ethical real estate agent I'd been so impressed by 8 years prior. Andrew followed through with every commitment, and after only a handful of open homes we received an offer above asking price, and the sale went through without a hitch. I honestly cannot recommend Andrew more highly.
