So fortunate to have Andrew Thorpe as an agent. Being 74 & widowed I had no idea about selling or buying. The photos marketing & costs were above & beyond what other agents had offered. House sold within two weeks & Andrew managed to hold a unit for me at the same time so we all settled together. No furniture storage costs or even worse having no were to live, all done within 8 weeks & Andrew was available to speak to at all times. Andrew is truly in it for his vendors. We were 100% confident in his ability to get us what we wanted for our property. We did hit some minor hurdles on the buyers side in the lead up to Exchange, at no fault of ours or Andrew's.
