Great Agent

Confident in selling
I had a bad experience with another agent 2 years ago and I was not confident in selling. Guy knew the local market very well and explained all the details and also gave me lots options. After deciding to go with Guy I felt much more confident that my unit will sell and the results spoke for itself. Please not just because we have the same surname does not mean we are related.

Guy is a credit to his industry, and an agent I would happily work with in the future.
I've been fortune to deal with Guy in a number of circumstances over the last few years. Initially he sold me my first property. Throughout this process Guy maintained a high level of effective communication, always ensuring I was aware of the process and next steps. After moving out of this property a few years later, I re-engaged with Guy to lease out the property. Guy successfully managed my investment over a number of years. He continually demonstrated market knowledge with regard to applicable rates, and diligence in management of the asset - ensuring that I was aware of any defects and he personally took ownership of rectification of those, continually resulting in high levels of tenant retention. I've recently dealt with Guy in selling this property, and once again he has happily exceeeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Guy's services in the future.

Hard working agent which delivers results.
Guy was proactive at all times keeping me up to date with any progress. He created a good campaign and excellent marketing material and even though we did not sell at auction, Guy persisted to achieve a good result for us above the set reserve. If you want a hard working agent I would recommend Guy and I will deal with him again if required.
