My experience buying a home, then selling and purchasing another simultaneously was absolutely fantastic and stress-free. Sarah's knowledge of the property market, confidence in conversing with clients and dedication to answering all questions stood out, along with Sarah's team of experts willing to step in at any time to support through each inquiry. We couldn’t recommend Sarah highly enough. She is an incredibly professional agent, but what stood out for us was her empathy and genuine caring nature she showed to my mother on the sale of her unit in Miami. Our situation was this: My mother, in her late 80’s , had in the last 12 months lost her husband, and due to her ailing health and she was losing her independence ,needed family support around her and decided to sell and return to Tasmania. Our family live in Tasmania and she was quite emotional about the sale and move back home to Tasmania. but Sarah was incredible, she was always on hand to offer any type of support, whether that be emotional, giving her rides to appointments, just dropping in to check in on her well-being. As I was in Tasmania looking for housing for Mum, Sarah’s communication with me was first class, always keeping me up to date on the state of the sale, and on mum’s health and well-being was unbelievable. She liaised with the agents and lawyers/ conveyancers on the potential buy of a property here in Tasmania. She supplied us with comprehensive information around the market in Miami, what we could expect in terms of price, and on market times. Mums property sold really quickly, not long after listing, and we were happy with our price In summary, Sarah is obviously a very professional agent, with a first class knowledge of the market, but what stood out to my family and I was her welcoming, friendly nature, and always going that “bit extra” to make sure we were informed and happy .
