We have purchased this property without an on site inspection. The only reason we went ahead with the purchase was because Carlton was more than accomodating with all our requests. Nothing was to hard for him, from taking pictures, Skyping the property so we could get a proper perspective of the property to taking videos for us. I was initially sceptical that we could purchase a property during this unprecedented time but Carlton pulled it off for us, and I am more than happy that we will get great pleasure from the property in the future It has been a great experience Thank you Carlton
