When I decided to purchase my retirement home in Burnie (due to more affordable prices) I made an appointment with One Agency to "keep an eye out" for properties that were in my price range & requirements. Hamish sent me a link to a property which I (mistakenly) thought didn't fit my criteria due to distance.
