As property enthusiasts, we have had considerable experience in property sales and purchases. Dealing with Mat from beginning to end was a 10/10 experience. The advertising package showcased our apartment in an extremely professional way creating real interest. The open homes were complete with champagne or beer. The negotiations leading up to the actual sale revealed Mat's superb negotiating skills and we had 2 contracts go on the property and achieved our then asking price. Regrettably there was one very disappointed couple who missed out at the end. At all times Mat communicated what was happening or even not happening. He was respectful, confidential and discrete and a real pleasure to do business with. On reflection, we could not give a higher recommendation. He has earned this review.
