More than a great agent. A lovely personality to go with it.
There wouldn't be one negative comment to make about Matt & the staff at One Agency. So easy to communicate with & also understanding as to what a sellers requirements are. The extra time to take magnificent photos & video really complicates ones home. It didn't matter how many times Matt & the team are contacted they never make you feel you are being a "nuisance" Well done Matt on how you conduct your business & how you have hand picked your staff. Very supportive in si many ways.

Matt grice is a terrific agent and number one in his game
Matt is a great guy and you can see why he is number one on the coast he is considerate and very understanding when selling you're home . If I was to buy again I wouldn't deal with any one but Matt and one agency.

Helpful and friendly.
As a first home buyer, I was a bit wary of checking out property's as I wasn't sure I wanted to buy. Matt was excellent at explaining the viewing process and recommending properties. With the property I ended up buying, I dealt mostly with Daisy who was extremely professional and represented Matt and the team at One Agency extremely well and I look forward to working with them again if the need arises.

Extremely happy and would have no hesitation in using Matt's services again.
