Selling Mum's house.
Having to sell the family home is not easy. Mum was here for 53 years and Matt and Mel have been a pleasure to deal with. Matt did the initial consultations and Mel did the inspection days. With Matts expertise in writing up the spiel on the house and Mel's ability to connect with protentional buyers the sale of house was short sharp and quick, with the initial offer going in on the first inspection day, and an unbelievable offer made on day 2 of inspection. The whole team have been awesome to deal with, nothing is to hard for them, and communication between them is excellent. From the first phone call with Matt to putting up the sold sign with Mel you are always treated with in highest regards and with the upmost respect with a strong feeling that are a real person and not just a number. I would highly recommend anyone use these guys first up. Thanks guys for you support.
