Tate was always easy to get hold of and good to deal with. He helped to reassure the seller and helped me get my finance extensions when getting my finance approved in my SMSF was completely doable but also a real pain. The financier was painfully slow and a nightmare. He understood the situation and helped his vendors make good decisions. Highly recommend.

we recently purchased our first property through Annalies... from the first inspection right through to settlement Annalies was excellent to deal with ... her recommendations for legal services and inspections was excellent and Annalies was happy to go the extra mile guiding us along all the back n forth communications between seller / broker and legal services ... from a sellers perspective Annalies took it upon herself to maintain the property by doing lawns and yard work ... highly recommend
