From the buyer's perspective Adele was great to deal with. I think this is often forgotten and there are many many reviews by sellers but people often seem to forget that the buyers need to have a good experience with the agents too. She was super responsive, knowledgable about the market, helped us iron out little issues and was just all round great to deal with. we would definitely buy another one off you :) Thank you Adele.

Was also my landlord agent principal, however not dealt with in a day to day basis during the tenancy. If I was the seller, I think I would have been satisfied with the tactics. Communication mostly prompt, except when the price range went up to block out our first reasonable bids - and no negotiation was even slightly considered at that point. Got the feeling our wish not to have to move, was used to full advantage.
