I found Leigh to be open and honest and listened to our intentions re the sale of our property.
The property we sold was on behalf of an Estate. Within four days of appointing Leigh as our agent he organised pamphlets, an open home and had four offers by the sixth day. We finally negotiated a sell price well in excess of our asking price. We were kept well informed of his negotiations with the purchaser and any queries we had were followed up promptly. I found Leigh to be quite approachable and his expertise second to none.
