Holding one's nerve!!!
In a fairly heated market, it seemed to be taking a longer time than I thought to sell. I did question Leigh whether our price range was too high. His astute response was no, the right buyers haven't come along as yet. This proved to be the case, showing his professional approach.

Positive buyer experience

This Salesman is on the ball what he doesnot know about selling Real Estate would be very miminal.
I came across this fellow just by chance and straight away we were on the same wave length; I am just about to become 85 years of age and I not your usual person. I have just lost my beautiful wife Myra of 40 years, I am deaf and only have sight in one eye. Leigh took this in his stride and said " old codger" leave it to me.
