We decided to go with Leigh mainly due to his success as an agent, he was easily the highest selling agent available. We were initially concerned that he would have been too busy, This was not the case, we met a number of times and he always returned phone calls and met with us. What made it a lot easier was his personality, he is not pushy, he is easy to converse with and his market knowledge is second to none! Leigh maintains regular contact and was super efficient! Very easy to deal with and always followed up and provided feedback! The proof is in the results, ours was a higher end property that traditionally takes much longer to sell, we were pleasantly surprised with a very quick sale achieving the desired result. Multiple offers, sold at a price we were very happy with!
