What a life changing experience!
We were once told by another prominent real-estate agent that they would 'get the best price possible' for us, how far from the truth that turned out to be. Life-styling with Leigh!
With a twinkle in his eye, Leigh shared his wealth of local knowledge and steered us to all the right people and entities we needed to assist us in the purchase of our lifestyle property near Devonport. When we mentioned his name to our Solicitor, we were made further at ease given the high regard he was held in. Communication and response time to queries were very quick and he was readily available after hours and in the weekend - in fact he always seemed pleased to hear from us despite how busy he might have been! His professional yet calming personality (and his knack of joking a bit!) made for an enjoyable, relaxed buying journey - and we absolutely applaud him for his kind consideration and discretion when it was required. Unique Property coupled with professional agent produced multiple offers
Leigh sold me the property 10 years ago and kept in touch over the years as I developed the property and when the time was right I contacted Leigh to help sell a much different property to 10 years ago. Together we developed a market plan and combined with Leigh's experience I had multiple offers within 8 days and achieved a price higher than I had hoped - great job and great team work!
