Leigh is basically a decent person but doesn't answer phone calls nor returns from existing customers thus makes dealings with him arduous. This would suggest that he is a "go getter type" with too much ambition and not enough compassion that is reminiscent of a Von Bibra car sales man. It would appear that he has the business attitude of shoot and forget in pursuit of money that eventually be his demise. One should only take on clients if they can serve them well for the long term and are prepared for the future. Honor and respect is wholly base of my business model so much so that I have worked for international ship building companies and as such have respect from all the colleagues when building offshore gas rigs, ships and shore side plants. In concussion - Leigh may not care too much about the vendor or client in my experience, rather more about the commission. Its a brave new world and new ways of thinking but there are still of some us out there that would think in old mas ways where we always had compassion for others, would help others, would learn to others what we know, would not base life on money. I hope you do well Leigh in your world. As an addendum to this review it should be noted the following points 1- In order to purchase this property I could not actually contact the agent. I desired to buy the property so had to go to great effort myself in order to be able to even place offer of purchase. 2- I have never met Leigh in person in any negotiations or relation to this particular purchase, this is peculiar as I am in Tasmania only 25 KM from the office of one agency of who he represents. clearly it would seem that a purchase of over 500K is not interesting enough to entice him to actually meet the person that made him money in order to shake that persons hand as a matter of honor. 3- I have had Zero support from one agency toward this purchase and have received no thing positive from this organization with the exception of Jade whom is great
