Honest and Reliable Agent

Dean conducted himself in a highly professional manner at all times. He communicated with us at all stages of our sale. He was extremely honest and kept to his word which gave us confidence and respect for his expertise He picked up errors in contracts that others did not have and was upfront with us throughout the process. We have sold homes a few times now and we would have to say Dean was the most relatable person we have dealt with.

Excellent and professional service

Anthony was always approachable and available if I had any questions, gave accurate and knowledgeable advice, and kept me completely informed and up to date with what was happening after inspections and openings. Most importantly he listened to my requests and suggestions and talked me through the implications of various options. I thoroughly recommend Anthony Clarke as a selling agent.

Kim gave us plenty of time to look around on our own without pressure

Kim offered a choice of properties to view that were within our criteria. Whilst viewing properties, Kim showed us around but gave us plenty of time to look around on our own without pressure. The lack of pressure enabled us to make a considered choice and select a property that met our needs. Kim provided appropriate advice and support in the negotiation stage of the purchase and followed up with information as requested.
