We are both pleased with the choice we made with Darren Musgrave to assist us with the sale of our family home of more than 40 years. We did contact other agents within the area and larger organisations, but we both felt that Darren would be able to provide individual and personal service which he has done with enthusiasm. Darren was very patient with us as there was a lot of repairs and cleaning to be done after having tenants in there for the past 12 years. Darren was able to provide valuable resources to assist us with this and encouragement leading up to the time the house was on the market.
