The initial estimated market value of the property was realistic and was met with a very quickly and firm offer and consequent sale within a week of the listing going live, all in a cooling market due to aggressive interest rises and tightening lending criteria. Our biggest fear was the cooling market causing a long listing period and declining sale value.

Sam is a local to the area that we sold our current and bought our new property and because of this knowledge we believe he got us the best price possible in the current market. He's an honest sincere guy who is always punctual with returning phone calls or emails. Always gave us great advice and no question was to hard for him to answer. I guess the biggest complement I can give him is he didn't seem like a salesman, he seemed like a mate trying to do the best he could for you. Mitch from the start was the man for the job. This was our first home we have sold. Our family home so I was very nervous. He came in and took the reins from my husband and I.
